The Opportunity

As an AI Growth Manager you will be the operational engine behind our enterprise sales motion to ensure that every new contact, opportunity, and follow-up is tracked, executed, and advanced. This is a hybrid role: part client-facing, part behind-the-scenes.

You’ll work directly with senior executives (VPs, GMs, founders) on client meetings, manage prospect and client engagements, draft proposals, and keep the pipeline moving. You’ll gain exposure to enterprise sales at the highest levels while building skills in consultative selling, solution scoping, and proposal development.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn enterprise sales directly from experienced executives, while playing a critical part in building a scalable go-to-market machine.

What You'll Own

Sales and Client Engagement

  • Research, qualify, and follow up on new contacts assigned by senior execs
  • Maintain activity tracking to ensure timely next steps and visibility
  • Prepare company and contact research ahead of client engagements
  • Customize presentations and meeting prep materials
  • Join meetings to capture notes and manage follow-ups
  • Execution of legal documents such as NDAs, MOUs, and contracts

Deal Success

  • Conduct workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts by preparing materials and coordinating logistics
  • Collaborate with Product, Solution Architects, and Customer Success to ensure smooth scoping and execution
  • Draft and customize proposals and order forms for review by senior execs

Industry-Specific Content & Analysis

  • Develop bespoke presentations highlighting AI use cases by industry vertical.
  • Conduct research and analysis on prospects and clients to generate actionable insights.
  • Build ROI models and phased AI roadmaps post-workshops.

Sales Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and CRM data to provide pipeline and forecast visibility
  • Prepare weekly pipeline reviews and deal updates

Who You Are

We seek candidates where a mix of academic, professional, and personal experiences have shaped their career path.

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, consulting, or operations (internships welcome)
  • Eager to learn enterprise sales directly from senior executives
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to capture meeting outcomes and next steps clearly
  • Fast learner with curiosity about enterprise technology, AI, and consultative sales
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • Proficient with productivity tools (Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets); Hubspot familiarity is a plus
